Policies
Jamul Haven has a two night minimum policy.  Payment in full is required when you make
your reservations.  Cancellations received more than 21 days from your scheduled arrival
date will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations within 21 days.  You may
switch your reservation to another name without penalty.

  1. Check in after 3:00 PM, check-out at 11 AM.  Advance notice is appreciated  for
    check-in after 9:00 PM;
  2. No children under 16;
  3. Sorry, no pets allowed;
  4. In accordance with California law, this is a non-smoking facility.  There is one
    designated smoking area on the property;
  5. Alcohol in limited quantities only.  No drugs.  No loud, dangerous, disruptive, or
    destructive behavior.  Management reserves the right to terminate your stay at our
    sole discretion in the event of inappropriate behavior, and no refund will be issued.
  6. This is a private facility.  We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
  7. Use of all facility equipment is at your own risk.
  8. Rates are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to require
    minimum stays for specific days of the week or dates.
  9. Each room must be occupied by at least one guest 25 years of age or older.
  10. Jamul Haven has a two night minimum stay for the Asian room.

Jamul Haven is a very small owner operated facility.  We use the 4 hours between 11 AM
check-out and 3 PM check-in to clean, perform maintenance, run errands, and so on.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests for late check-out or early
check-in.
