Feast each morning on gourmet breakfast served poolside,
or in the dining room during inclement weather. Start with
fresh fruits and cheeses, smoked fish and meat, assorted
breads and pastries, cold cereal, and hot oatmeal with fruit,
nuts, and brown sugar. Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee,
espresso, or cappuccino. For your main course, choose
from a California omelet, Belgian waffles, farmer's breakfast,
Dutch baby pancake, each described more fully below, or
the special of the day. Unless otherwise requested,
breakfast is served at 9:00 AM.

Three egg fluffy omelet made with fresh eggs (we
have chickens on the property) and onions, bacon,
cheddar cheese and fresh locally grown avocado,
served with potatoes, toast, and 2 strips of
peppered bacon.

Belgian Waffles
Golden brown and crispy outside but light and fluffy inside.
These waffles start with Lunds gourmet waffle mix, imported
from New York. We then use a secret ingredient to make
them even fluffier. Served with fresh seasonal fruit and 2
strips of peppered bacon.

Dutch Baby Pancakes
A specialty of the Jamul Haven, Dutch Baby pancakes
are more similar to a soufflé than a traditional pancake,
with a delicious crepe like taste. Served with your
choice of meat and topped with: Fresh seasonal fruit
and fresh whipped cream; or Pure maple syrup.
